The WNBA’s Atlanta Dream team has entered a new partnership with The King Center to become the first sports organization named a “Beloved Community Team.” The new partnership includes a commitment to the King Center’s BE LOVE pledge to create programming and community education. It’ll also include participation in organization-wide nonviolence training and civic leadership development for team players and staff.
