The National Park Service purchased Ohio’s former Brandywine Golf Course, which is located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park to prevent it from being developed. For now, the Service plans to remediate the 200 acres of land and monitor local wildlife. Later on, the organization plans to gather community input to develop a plan for the site with visitor amenities.
