Major League Baseball (MLB) is a long-time partner of the Jackie Robinson Foundation. Each year, scholars from the foundation are paired with a team, and one is assigned to work at the league office. In 2023, MLB hosted the scholars at its annual Mentoring and Leadership Conference, a luncheon where the students got to network and learn new professional development skills.
