Girls Who Invest (GWI) is an organization that is dedicated to increasing diversity in the investment management industry. To further its efforts, GWI’s inaugural Leadership Circle donated a collective $13 million to the organization. The funds will be used to invest in the retention and promotion of women and non-binary individuals in the industry.
